By the end of May, BatiPlus engineers finished rendering service for the Wroclaw Division of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways.

Following the construction of the housing estate Kolorowy Gocław in Warsaw, we started cooperating with Yareal Polska, a part of Yareal International N.V., which is a company operating on the real estate market in Europe.

In March 2015 we completed the investment supervision of the commercial facility Bricoman at Białowieska Street in Szczecin.

The Hotel Group Orbis the biggest hotel chain in Poland, signed a contract with BatiPlus for Technical Control and Investment Supervision during the construction of its prestigious hotel with BREEAM certification – Mercure Kraków Centrum at Pawia, in Cracow.

Before the end of 2014, BatiPlus finished investment supervision on the A4 motorway within the order obtained from the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Division in Katowice.

The reconstruction of a district roads intersection into a roundabout in Stara Wieś in Celestynów commune is another public investment realized by BatiPlus acting as the investment supervisor.
