Construction of Karuzela Shopping Mall has started in Ełk at Przemysłowa Street. The buildings are being realized with area over 21 thousand square meters, in which more than 30 stores will be located. Investor’s supervision for that investment project is carried out by engineers from BatiPlus Polska Company.
