In December 2025 we started investor supervision services for the refurbishment of part of the GLP Łódź III Logistics Centre to create new office and employee welfare facilities for Samsung SDS.

From October 2025, we will be providing investor supervision over the expansion of Municipal Road No. 410571W (Pancerz Street) in Łomianki, on the section between Brukowa Street and Stary Tor Street, as well as for the expansion of Municipal Road No. 410518W (Brukowa Street).

From August 2025, we will be providing investor supervision over the reconstruction of the intersection of national roads No. 2 and No. 63 with district road No. 3686W. in Białki, within the Municipality of Siedlce.

BatiPlus supervises the second stage of construction of WUWA VITA investment for Develia S.A.

We started the Investor’s supervision services over the construction of the new Castorama store in Gdańsk Kowale. The facility will be built at Glazurowa Street.

Together with the Investor, we conducted a tender procedure and selected the General Contractor for the Wiedeńska Residence project. We are now ready to proceed with project management and investor supervision at the execution stage.

BatiPlus cooperates with CTP and performs the multidisciplinary Investor’s supervision duties on the construction of logistic halls and warehouse in CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik.

We started the Investor’s supervision services over the construction of the Castorama store in Gniezno. The facility will be built at Poznańska Street.

BatiPlus has started the investor’s supervision over the construction of a municipal road in the area of Szeligowska Street in Warsaw in the Bemowo district, in order to connect the next stage of the Bemowo Vita housing investment, implemented by Develia Company.

As part of our cooperation with CTP, we have completed the multidisciplinary Investor’s supervision duties on the construction of the production and warehouse hall in CTPark Zabrze in Zabrze.

We are starting supervision of investment for another residential investment of Develia S.A. in Cracow. The service will include supervision of the construction of an cosy residential building in the Krowodrza district at 56 Żabiniec Street.
