BatiPlus has started the investor’s supervision over the construction of a municipal road in the area of Szeligowska Street in Warsaw in the Bemowo district, in order to connect the next stage of the Bemowo Vita housing investment, implemented by Develia Company.
The scope of the investment includes the expansion of a section of the municipal road along with the construction of lighting and sewage, parking spaces and a sidewalk for residents.
