In December 2025 we started investor supervision services for the refurbishment of part of the GLP Łódź III Logistics Centre to create new office and employee welfare facilities for Samsung SDS.
The project involved adapting existing space within the logistics complex to meet the operational and administrative requirements of the tenant while ensuring compliance with applicable technical, safety, and quality standards.
The GLP Łódź III Logistics Centre is a Class A logistics facility operating in a multi-tenant model. The building has achieved a BREEAM Very Good certification, confirming its compliance with recognised sustainability and environmental performance standards.
