On behalf of the investor the team of BatiPlus inspectors has started the supervision of the modernization works for the Novotel Warszawa Centrum hotel’s rooms.

Chmielna Duo is a premium-class residential project developed by the Belgian company BPI Real Estate, over which we perform a function of investor’s supervision.

As a part of our cooperation with the Accor-Orbis Group, we have started the investor’s supervision duties for the modernization of Ibis Budapest Centrum hotel in Budapest (Hungary).

BatiPlus team has started to perform the investor’s supervision duties for the expansion of the Multishop Sochaczew commercial park located at the exit from national road No. 92 in Sochaczew.

We have started a cooperation with Ciril Poland Company, which is part of the Belgian Democo Group, and their first residential investment in Poland is the Orkana Apartments project.

We have completed the Investor’s supervision over the construction of Castorama in Otwock.

BatiPlus has received an order to perform investor’s supervision duties for the construction of another warehouse hall in GLP’s Logistic Centre in Lędziny on Upper Silesia region.

The apartment building called Apartamenty Mikusińskiego in Katowice is another residential investment project, on realization of which we perform a function of Investor’s supervision.

We have received the next order from the GLP Company to provide Investor’s supervision duties on the construction of the storage-production hall with the area of over 23.000 m2 in Warsaw V Logistics Centre in Natolin near Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

The housing complex called Osiedle Artystyczne is being constructed in Żyrardów city at 41 Legionów Polskich Street and 40 November’s 11th Street, and the team of engineers from BatiPlus Company performs the Investor’s supervision duties for that construction project.

Wilanowska Metro Park is a 10-floor apartment building with modern and elegant architecture, realization of which is supervised by the engineers from BatiPlus Company, who perform the Owner’s construction supervision duties.
