In March 2026, our company was appointed to provide investor supervision for the construction of a Holiday Inn hotel located on Sobieskiego Street in Warsaw.
The development comprises 360 guest rooms and has been designed as a modern business and conference hotel.
The project is situated in a well-connected area of the Mokotów district, surrounded by residential developments, office buildings, and green spaces. The location offers convenient access to Warsaw city centre and the city’s main transportation routes.
The hotel has been designed with solutions aimed at enhancing user comfort while improving the building’s energy efficiency and operational performance.
