Together with the Investor, we conducted a tender procedure and selected the General Contractor for the Wiedeńska Residence project. We are now ready to proceed with project management and investor supervision at the execution stage.
The Wiedeńska Residence investment is a new residential project by the Ciril Polska development company, which will be built in Warsaw’s Wilanów district on Wiedeńska Street.
The project involves the construction of 34 luxury villas with modern architecture. Large windows open the interiors onto private gardens full of existing trees, creating picturesque views and providing natural light to the rooms.
Each house is surrounded by a private garden ranging in size from 180 to over 500 square metres.
The investment is located just a few minutes from Błonia Wilanowskie, the Morysin Reserve, renowned international schools and a shopping centre.
