In January 2024, we started a new investment supervision for Develia S.A. This supervision will include the construction of a multi-unit residential building at Oliwska Street in Warsaw (Targówek district).
There will be more than 100 apartments, commercial premises on the ground floor, an underground garage and above-ground parking spaces available for residentials. The layout of the apartments will range from approximately 27.7 to nearly 75m2 with balconies, terraces and gardens.
The OLIWSKA VITA investment includes the necessary technical infrastructure, land development and it will provide convenient access to the city infrastructure. The investment will be surrounded by vegetation and greenery, which will constitute approx. 30% of the investment area.
