The experience of BatiPlus and the confidence put by ORBIS Group into our engineers were the foundation for commissioning to us the supervision of the modernization of the four star hotel Novotel Centrum in Poznań. It is the biggest hotel in Poznań.

The goal of the works is to create the first combo hotel in the region, i.e. rooms of Novotel and ibis standard under the same roof.
Currently, Novotel Centrum Poznań has 480 rooms, to which 40 rooms will be added by the new ibis.
The scope of the works, apart from the modernization of the rooms, corridors and installations in the building, will also include the adjustment of the no longer used office rooms facing Andersa Street, as well as adding elements of the new hotel along with the new entrance and its own gastronomic facilities.
When commencing the modernization, the team of BatiPlus engineers in cooperation with the representatives of the Investor and the Contractor, focuses on such organization of the works that it would not disrupt the functioning of the hotel or disturb the guests.
