We performed Project Management services at the preparatory phase of the WOLA VERT investment and we start investment supervision on its implementation.
The Wola Vert investment is a new housing project of the development company Ciril Polska, which will be built in Warsaw’s Wola district at 5 Przyokopowa Street.
The project includes the construction of a multi-family residential building with 51 apartments ranging in size from 38 to 106 m2, of which 10 are studio apartments, 14 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom apartments, 10 three-bedroom apartments and penthouses located on the top floors of the building
Residents of Wola Vert will have at their disposal, among others, a private garden, as well as an underground parking lot for 53 cars, with the possibility of installing individual electric car charging stations, as well as storage boxes and a lobby with a reception.
