BatiPlus Polska Company has started investor’s supervision duties for construction of bi1 hypermarket in Ełk city.
This is subsequent stage of our services for this project which include supporting the investor – Schiever Polska Company – on all stages of investment realization. After preparation phase, during which we performed documentation control services and conducted the tender procedure for choosing the general contractor for the works, we have started Project Management services and multidisciplinary investor’s supervision duties.
The investment project’s scope includes the construction of hypermarket with fuel station, parking lots and access driveways as well as utility infrastructure.
Schiever Polska Company is an owner of bi1 hypermarket network on territory of Poland, and new constructed facility is a significant part of Regional Shopping Mall being created on the area of almost ten hectares in the very heart of Mazury region.
