Inspectors from BatiPlus have started investor’s supervision on the construction of new facility of “Small Business Units” type in Zabrze at Szkubacza Street.
LCP Properties is the Investor in this project and this Company has started to create the countrywide Multiparcs network consisted of modular one- or two-storey multifunctional buildings allowing for running the following business activities: services, trade, craftsmanship, exhibition and logistic-warehouse.
Scope of this project includes realization of three service-warehouse buildings with additional office section. In addition, parking places, roads and service yards will be realised under this project.
BatiPlus was entrusted with performing the tender procedure for selection of general contractor as well as management and multi-discipline supervision over realization of investment project.
