Starting in June, we will commence investor’s supervision of the implementation of Pokój Park Świętochłowice—the largest investment in OLMET’s history. The project will give a new lease of life to former industrial land by transforming it into a modern business destination. The development will create a state-of-the-art environment for warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and office use.
The project includes:
- 45,000 m² of warehouse space,
- over 2,400 m² of office space,
- redevelopment of more than 67,000 m² of previously degraded land.
The development incorporates a range of environmentally responsible solutions, including a photovoltaic installation, a rainwater retention system, and will be delivered to the BREEAM Excellent standard.
