We have started supervision on the construction of the Brama Pomorza retail park, located next to the existing Brama Pomorza shopping center in Lipienice near Chojnice for the Client Rank Progres S.A. In addition to the construction of the retail park, supervision also includes, among others, technical infrastructure, roads, squares, an above-ground storage reservoir, water-supply system and sanitary sewage system. Moreover, the construction of a parking lot, exits and the development of green areas are also supervised.
Brama Pomorza is the largest shopping center in the pomeranian voivodeship. On the shopping center’s territory, there is a home-improvement store, a mall with a food market, restaurants, boutiques and free parking lot for customers of the center. The center is popular not only among the inhabitants of Pomerania, but also tourists.
