BatiPlus supervises the first stage of construction of BEMOWO VITA investment for
Develia S.A.
The supervision includes the construction of a complex of multi-unit residential buildings with over 200 high-standard apartments and underground garages. The investment is
located at Szeligowska Street in Warsaw in Bemowo district.
The housing estate will be functional and aesthetic at the same time due to its location and planned greenery. Next to Bemowo Vita, the construction of the Chrzanów underground stadion is planned.
