The apartment building called Apartamenty Mikusińskiego in Katowice was another residential investment project, on realization of which we performed a function of Investor’s supervision.
This investment project of JHM Development Company is located in Wełnowiec-Józefowiec district of Katowice city, at the junction of Prof. Mikusińskiego Street and Józefowska Street. This intimate project includes realization of the apartment building with 43 residential units consisting of 2 to 4 rooms each, with various layouts. Each apartment will have additional space in form of the balcony or backyard.
