In April 2026, we commenced investor supervision services for the construction of a retail park in Piotrków Trybunalski. One of the key tenants of the development will be a store operated by the Biedronka retail chain.
The project is being developed in a location offering convenient access for residents of the city and surrounding areas, within a neighbourhood comprising commercial, industrial, and predominantly single-family residential developments.
The completion of construction works and the issuance of the occupancy permit are scheduled for 15 February 2027.
