In March 2026, we commenced investor supervision services for the expansion of the Brama Pomorza Regional Shopping Centre in Lipienice, near Chojnice.
Brama Pomorza is the largest shopping centre in the southern part of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The complex is strategically located along National Road No. 22 and includes a DIY store, a shopping gallery with a supermarket, numerous chain-brand retail outlets and restaurants, as well as extensive parking and service infrastructure.
The expansion project is intended to further strengthen the centre’s commercial offer and enhance its attractiveness for both local residents and visitors from the wider region.
