BatiPlus is a partner of Goodman Group on construction of warehouse building with area over 32 000 square meters in logistic park called Goodman Warsaw II Logistics Centre.
Park is located in Wypędy village, close to Janki town just south-west of Warsaw. Location in direct neighbourhood of entrance to S8 Express Road allows for quick connection with S2 road – ring road of Warsaw as well as with A2 Motorway.
BatiPlus Engineers perform the owner’s site supervision duties both for warehouse building with social-office section and external technical infrastructure, roads and service yards as well as parking lots for trucks and cars.
