Engineers from BatiPlus supervise the construction of logistic hall with area over 12 hectares, that is over 120 thousand m2 and under that respect it is the biggest warehouse in Poland.
Realization of investment takes places in Lodzkie province, near the intersection of motorways A1 and A2 in Strykow, in Piatek town, which is geographic centre of Poland, what shall assure perfect transportation service.
Scope of services provided by BatiPlus also includes investor’s supervision over construction of separated office section in the hall as well as realization of external technical and transport infrastructure including relevant parking space, circulation roads and access driveways to the facility.
Construction works have started in the II-nd quarter of 2018, and their final completion is expected to IV-th quarter of 2019.
Warehouse is intended for French network of building hypermarkets – Leroy Merlin.
